This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your participation in our photo tours. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Booking and Payment

To secure your reservation for a New Zealand Photography Tour with Photo Journeys, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, or you can pay the full amount. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process. This deposit is necessary to confirm your participation in the tour and reserve your spot. If your booking is within 60 days of the tour starting then payment in full is required.

The remaining balance of the tour cost must be paid in full by the specified due date (60 days from the start of the tour), which will also be communicated to you during the booking process. It is important to adhere to this deadline to ensure the smooth operation of the tour and proper arrangements for all participants. Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Payment options will be provided to you during the booking process, and we accept various methods such as credit cards, bank transfers, or online payment platforms. Please note that any additional fees or charges associated with the chosen payment method are your responsibility.

Once the deposit and final payment are received, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation via email or other means of communication provided during the booking process. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation details and notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies or require further information.

In the event that you need to modify or cancel your booking, please refer to the Cancellation Policy section of these Terms and Conditions. Keep in mind that the initial deposit is non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of your cancellation.
